Action 1: Midterm Phone Banks
Phone banking has always been one of our most important tools. Now, updated through necessity during COVID, it’s more effective and efficient than ever. Gathering and training on Zoom, using new call technology that can dial and even screen calls for us, we’re able to make thousands of calls per shift. Working from home saves us travel time and allows more people to participate. And by partnering with other groups we can influence races and issues far and wide, choosing the fights that need us most.
Indivisible Chicago phone banks attract people from all over the country—volunteers who thank and praise us for our thorough training, individual attention, and the camaraderie that develops in our Zoom rooms, where we learn from and encourage each other.
There’s still time to help with phone banking before the midterm election!
Action 2: TONIGHT - LAST Postcard Party
There’s only 1 postcard party left to get our voters to the polls in November! We'll be starting with postcards to voters for the critical IL Supreme Court races before transitioning to some critical Congressional races. Donations are welcome, either monetary or in the form of postcard stamps. Come join the fun while helping save democracy!

Action 3: Michigan Text Banking Thursday
Join the ICA Texting Team to get out the vote in Michigan! We’ll be helping the Michigan Dems send text messages to voters to re-elect Governor Whitmer, Lt. Governor Gilchrist, Attorney General Nessel, and Democrats up and down the ticket.
Michigan also has three important proposals on the Nov. 8 ballot, including measures to enshrine abortion rights, allow nine days of early voting and reform term limits. Let’s help make sure these pass and that Michigan stays BLUE in 2022! Training will be included for new texters at the start of the event, so both rookie and experienced texters are all welcome!
