Abortion access is under attack across the country. We must send a clear message: Illinois will remain a safe haven for anyone who needs access to abortion. HB1464 will protect health care providers licensed in Illinois from discipline if their license is disciplined or revoked by another state because they provided, authorized, or participated in any health care, medical service, or procedure related to an abortion.
