Fight for Fair Courts

Fight for Fair Courts

For generations, our communities have fought for a federal judiciary that ensures equal justice for all and reflects our nation’s diversity. The president and senators play crucial roles in selecting and confirming lifetime judges, and under President Biden, Senate Majority Leader Schumer, and Chair Durbin, we've made significant strides—213 lifetime judges confirmed, including 130 judges of color and many with backgrounds in civil rights.

However, there are still numerous judicial vacancies that need to be filled with fair-minded nominees dedicated to equal justice. Many pending nominees bring essential experience in defending voting, reproductive, and labor rights. Let’s unite to urge our senators to prioritize these nominations and ensure our judiciary represents the rich diversity of our nation.

Find out how you can take action by contacting your Senators, writing a letter to the editoring, sharing on social media, and more!
