Action 2: People’s Hearing on Police Torture on 3/2
The Chicago Alliance is hosting its annual People’s Hearing on March 2nd. The People’s Hearing is a town hall where people from the community have the opportunity to come and listen to and share stories with folks about their experiences around police crimes, wrongful conviction, police torture, as well as misconduct by prosecutors, Assistant states attorneys, and judges here in Chicago, the wrongful conviction capital of the United States.
We will also be talking about the fight to free our loved ones and how folks can get involved to help hold killer cops accountable, along with all their helpers in the justice system, lawyers, judges, and politicians included.
The event, as always will be free and open to the public, you just need to RSVP on Eventbrite or Facebook.
