Action 1: May Day March for Labor & Immigrant Rights on Sunday
At a time when mass movements in Latin America and elsewhere have forged international solidarity and won greater freedom for women and gender-nonconforming people to control their own bodies, the U.S. threatens to do the opposite---force women to carry unwanted pregnancies to term or seek illegal and dangerous abortions.
If we lose the right to safe and legal abortions, the enemies of women won't stop there. The same forces opposing abortion oppose birth control and support for families with children; they attack LGBTQ rights, unions, and #BlackLivesMatter while approving vicious treatment of immigrants and refugees. They must not win!
So please join us on Sunday, May 1st!
Assemble: 10 am, Union Park, corner of Randolph St & Ashland Ave, Chicago (just south of the "Ashland" Green & Pink lines El station) for a rally before March
March: 11:30 AM
To find our contingent, Look for the green signs and banners!

While some of these Daily Actions come from our own work as Indivisible Chicago Alliance, others are from our many partners working to advance the progressive agenda. We invite you to join us in supporting their work. Postings from partners do not imply Indivisible Chicago Alliance endorsement of specific policies and positions.
