Action 1: Phone Banks This Week!
There are THREE opportunities to phone bank this week to help build our 2022 progressive coalition!
TOMORROW - Tuesday Phone Bank for Lauren Underwood at 6 p.m. We backed Lauren Underwood in her first run for Congress, in 2018, and since the she has been making us proud and impressing her constituents. But her district has been redrawn to include many voters who are not familiar with her accomplishments. And the the Rs will be coming after her this fall with all the dark money and name-calling they can muster. Help us get her story out in our weekly phone bank.
Wisconsin Wednesday Phone Bank at 6 p.m. We've teamed up with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin (WisDems) to re-elect Governor Tony Evers--our last defense against Republican election treachery-- and to help Mandela Barnes unseat the eminently unseatable Senator Ron Johnson. Our careful training and extensive background resources attract volunteers from all over the country. Join us!
Saturday, August 27 at 4 p.m. (Indivisible Illinois-sponsored) We'll be phone-bank partying every Saturday until the Saturday before the November election for candidates like Lauren Underwood, Cindy Cunningham, and Debbie Davis.
Can’t make it this week? See all upcoming phone banks.
Action 2: WI Voter Registration Training
We know: you’re busy, you’re shy, you don’t think one person can make much difference...well, here’s some election work that pretty much knocks down any barriers that might have kept you from joining the campaign. You can help register Wisconsin voters from the comfort of your own home on your own time!
Wisconsin will be all about the turnout. If we want to get rid of Ron Johnson and protect Governor Tony Evers (our only defense against Republican election atrocities), we need to register more voters.
Our partners at Rust Belt Rising are mailing an application and motivational instructions to key unregistered voters, and then we’re making follow-up calls encouraging and helping them to complete their registration. This effort registered thousands of voters in 2020.
Now we need your help to expand the Wisconsin voter rolls for this November. Our training will get you comfortable with the process, and once you're trained you can make these calls on your own schedule.
Join a virtual training session Wednesday, August 24 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Can’t make that session? Additional Wednesday & Saturday dates are available throughout August and September!

While some of these Daily Actions come from our own work as Indivisible Chicago Alliance, others are from our many partners working to advance the progressive agenda. We invite you to join us in supporting their work. Postings from partners do not imply Indivisible Chicago Alliance endorsement of specific policies and positions.
