ICA Action: The People Have Spoken: Rally & March 11/7

We said we'd make it too big to rig, and we did. To everyone who shared our collective anger and fears, who protested and marched, who worked so hard to produce last night’s results, and who are ready to join us for the next stage of our fight, THANK YOU!!!

Voters have made their voices heard. Now we must demand accountability, an end to the terrorizing of our communities and neighbors, an end to unnecessary wars, and support for the needs of working families.

👉 On Saturday, November 7 at Noon, join us at Federal Plaza (Dearborn & Adams) to say: The People Have Spoken. We'll kick things off with a DJ and short rally, followed by a march to celebrate these victories and demand accountability and action from our elected leaders.

➔ HELP US SPREAD THE WORD: Print out flyers and hang them or pass them out in your neighborhoods!

Indivisible Action: What's the Plan with Leah and Ezra TODAY

Trump announced on social media that he has struck a deal with Putin for Russia to supply more than 4 million tons of diesel to the global market. Within minutes of the announcement, the Treasury Department issued a waiver easing sanctions on Russian diesel through April 7, 2027, with Russia responding by partially lifting its own diesel export ban.

Experts say Trump’s deal is unlikely to bring prices down much, and it risks giving the Kremlin the revenue that sanctions were meant to cut off. Trump has repeatedly blamed Ukraine for the high cost of fuel, pressing President Zelenskyy to stop strikes on Russian refineries, even though the U.S.-led war in Iran is responsible for driving up world energy prices.

👉 Call your members of Congress and tell them to oppose Trump’s Russian diesel deal, hold this administration to the law, and continue standing with Ukraine.

Script: Hi, my name is [NAME], and I’m a constituent from [CITY]. I’m calling to urge that [NAME] oppose the Trump administration's deal to import Russian diesel and to demand they follow the law banning Russian energy imports. The U.S. should not be funding Putin's war while Russia continues to kill Ukrainian civilians.
