Monday, March 2 - Tell Congress No War with Iran / Canvass to Win the WI Supreme Court / Indivisible Chicago Sing-Along TONIGHT

Partner Action: Tell Congress No War with Iran

Donald Trump has launched unauthorized military strikes on Iran, dragging the United States toward yet another war without approval from Congress.

This reckless escalation puts U.S. servicemembers, American families, and Iranian civilians at risk — all to advance a unilateral regime-change agenda that the American people did not ask for.

The Constitution is clear: Congress — not the president — holds the power to declare war.

Members of Congress must use every tool available: demand oversight, force a vote on a War Powers Resolution, block funding for unauthorized hostilities, and hold this administration accountable. We cannot allow another endless war in the Middle East.

👉 Tell your senators and representative to assert Congress’s war powers and stop unauthorized military escalation now.

ICA Action: Canvass in Kenosha to Win the WI Supreme Court Election

The April 7 election for the Wisconsin Supreme Court could determine the future of fair maps, abortion rights, and democracy in this critical swing state.

A win by Democrat-endorsed candidate Chris Taylor would strengthen the court’s pro-democracy majority — helping protect voting rights and push back against MAGA extremism at the state level.

That’s why we’re heading to Kenosha to knock doors and talk directly with voters.

We’re partnering with the Working Families Party of Wisconsin for this critical race. Nationally, WFP is working closely with Indivisible to organize resistance to Trump and build long-term power for working people.

We're heading to Kenosha every Saturday through April 4 (carpools available). New to canvassing? We’ve got you. We’ll send background materials ahead of time, pair newcomers with experienced volunteers, and brief you so you feel confident talking to voters.

👉 Sign up to canvass in Kenosha, Saturdays through April 4!

ICA Action: Indivisible Chicago Sing-Along TONIGHT

Join us for another fun evening of resistance singing! We are trying out some songs that we might sing at upcoming events and we want your feedback. What songs are the most inspiring, uplifting, meaningful, or maybe just fun?

We want everyone, especially including folks who don't sing regularly, because we want our songs to be as inclusive as possible. Please come a little early and allow plenty of time for parking if you are driving. Doors open at 6:30 and singing is at 7 pm.

👉Join the singalong TONIGHT, Monday, March 2!

While some of these Daily Actions come from our own work as Indivisible Chicago Alliance, others are from our many partners working to advance the progressive agenda.
