Indivisible Action: Tell the Senate - No Money for ICE Brutality!
This murder this weekend of 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti was absolutely horrific. Everything about ICE and Border Patrol’s brutal invasion of our communities is horrific.
It is increasingly clear that stripping the Department of Homeland Security down to the studs -- ICE, Border Patrol, all of it -- is the minimum we must do when we regain power.
But we can’t afford to wait that long to rein in these agencies. Senators have a choice next week to vote for a DHS funding bill that gives ICE and Border Patrol more money to brutalize our neighbors or to say ENOUGH.
👉 We must demand our senators -- especially our Democratic senators -- refuse to give ICE and Border Patrol one more penny of taxpayer money or vote for any funding bill that doesn’t get these thugs the &$*# out of our cities.

Partner Action: Eyes on ICE: Document and Record Training TONIGHT
Enough is enough. Exercising our Constitutional right to document and record ICE and other federal agents is more important than ever.
Tonight's call will give you the tools to exercise your rights in a moment when federal agents are terrorizing our communities and using excessive force.
👉 Join our call, Eyes on Ice: Document and Record TONIGHT, Monday, January 26th, 2026, at 7:00 pm CT.
We will cover the latest updates on ICE and CBP's out-of-control and dangerous operations. We will talk through rights when documenting and recording law enforcement encounters, and how you can continue to take action.

ICA Partner Action: Indivisible Chicago Northwest Town Hall 1/29
On Thursday, January 29th, Indivisible Chicago Northwest is hosting a town hall to connect local neighbors with activism opportunities throughout Chicago’s Northwest Side.
Neighbors will learn how to get involved in:
taking back Congress in the midterms,
protecting neighbors against ICE (e.g., school patrols, rapid response),
news boosting to swing districts,
mutual aid,
and replacing the NW side’s conservative aldermen with progressive candidates in next year’s race.
All are welcome, especially first-timers who want to take action and don’t know where to start. Light snacks along with a cash bar will be provided. Parents: On-site childcare will be available!
