Partner Action: Wisconsin Needs Boiler Room Attorneys!
The WisDems Voter Protection Team is recruiting current and retired attorneys to help protect voters on Election Day. Boiler Room attorneys serve as a legal rapid-response team, helping resolve voting access issues before polls close and ensuring every eligible voter has the opportunity to cast a ballot.
Attorneys will work remotely with a regional team to respond to reports of polling place issues, advise on election law and voter eligibility, and document potential violations. You do not need to be licensed in Wisconsin, or even currently licensed in any state, to volunteer.
Commitment: A half-day or full-day Election Day shift (full day preferred), plus a mandatory virtual walkthrough on October 28 from 6–7 PM CT. First-time volunteers will also complete election law and technology training.

ICA Action: Canvass in WI 10/3
Join Indivisible Chicago knocking doors in Wisconsin. Winning back the House is crucial to halting the disastrous policies of Trump’s second term. So we’re focused on Wisconsin Congressional District 1 where Mitch Berman, a progressive Democrat, has a good shot at unseating a Republican incumbent with a Trump support score of 99% in 2025.
And we’ll also be helping build a Democratic majority in Wisconsin.
Don’t be lulled by headlines about Trump’s tanking popularity. We can win, but it’s going to take a strong ground game to build a progressive response to the current chaos. We need to reach voters, talk about what’s at stake and let them know how important their vote is.

We'll make the less than 90-minute drive from Chicago to our meetup location. We’ll have a pre-canvass briefing once we get there, then split off into pairs to knock doors and talk with voters. We'll provide all the info and prep you'll need and will have carpools for anyone needing a ride!

Join Indivisible Greater West Loop for an evening of postcards, neighbors, and democracy!
We’re writing postcards to voters in key swing states to help turn out voters for the midterm elections. Come for the postcards, stay for the drinks and community. We’ll provide the postcards and supplies, and you can order food and drinks from Green Street Local.

Drop in anytime between 5–8 PM. Bring postcard stamps if you have them, or chip in a small donation to help cover supplies and postage.
