Tuesday, October 6 - Wisconsin Wednesday Phone Bank / Text Out the Vote / Downtown Chapter Meeting 10/12
ICA Action: Wisconsin Wednesday Phone Bank
Wisconsin is key to winning back power in the Midterms this November. And just winning isn't enough--we need A WIN THAT'S TOO BIG TO RIG!
There's a lot at stake in Wisconsin--we we can flip some key congressional seats from red to blue, we need to hold on to the Governorship and it's possible we can win a trifecta - the Governor plus a veto proof majority in the State legislature.
Our phone banks attract awesome volunteers from all across the country. We provide training, background resources, one-on-one support throughout your shift, and we’ll be using a state-of-the-art autodialer that connects you quickly with voters.

Partner Action: Text Out the Vote
Help send texts to help get out the midterms vote in important swing states! Text banks are a great way to reach voters where they are — directly on their phones. Using anonymous software on your computer, you’ll send helpful links voters can use to register, find their polling place, and even learn about candidates. In 2024, our amazing texting volunteers sent 7M texts to voters in Michigan and Wisconsin.
👉 Here are a few great texting programs we recommend to “TOTV” in 2026 – and when you can get plugged in this week:

ICA Chapter Action: Downtown Chapter Meeting on October 12th
We’ll gather from 6:30 to 7:00 PM to order refreshments, catch up, and pick up postcards before jumping into our meeting from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Midterms are finally here, and it’s time to discuss your ballot--from the usual judges to the unusual school board. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow local progressives and take action together. Hope to see you there!
