ICA Action: WI & MI Voter Registration Phone Calls
Join Rust Belt Rising to help make sure that everyone is able to vote in this year's General Election! Rust Belt Rising's innovative voter registration programs helped thousands of Great Lakes state residents register the last three cycles and will do so again this year.
Here's how it works: RBR partners at Civitech find targets of people who would likely vote our way but are unregistered at their current address as they compare commercial mail lists and voter files. They will mail these targets a pre-filled voter registration form with a motivational flyer and postage to their clerk. That's where we come in. In addition to our texting them, we need volunteers to call these targets to encourage them to complete the easy process of registering.

Partner Action: Make Polluters Pay Community Info Meeting 10/13
Join ONE Northside and the office of Illinois State Representative Ann Williams for a crucial Teach In & Community Meeting on Tuesday, October 13th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Lake View Presbyterian Church.
Come out for an engaging education and listening session on the Illinois Climate Superfund Act and learn how you can take action with the Make Polluters Pay campaign to protect our local environment and hold corporate polluters accountable.

Indivisible Action: No More Funding for Iran War
Trump's unauthorized, unprovoked war in Iran has cost the lives of US service members and thousands of civilians in Iran and across the Middle East. Even after a 60-day agreement was announced, Trump bombed Iran anyway, making clear that neither he nor the Israeli government can be trusted to keep their word on a ceasefire.
Both the House and Senate have now passed War Powers Resolutions challenging Trump's unauthorized military actions against Iran and reasserting Congress's constitutional authority over matters of war. But these votes are not enough.
👉 We call on Members of Congress to hold the line for not another dime. A vote for the Trump-Hegseth weapons budget, a supplemental request for funding, or any other additional funding for this war is unacceptable.
