Join Rust Belt Rising to help make sure that everyone in MI is able to vote in this year's General Election! Rust Belt Rising's innovative voter registration programs helped thousands of Great Lakes state residents register the last three cycles and will do so again this year.
We would love for you to be part of a team that makes these calls to Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania voters as part of our virtual voter registration chase! We are starting with Ohio as their hard registration deadline is approaching with big elections this year!

Community Action: Prevent Data Center Harms
Big Tech corporations are lining up to cash in on the race to build AI data centers across Illinois, ignoring local communities' concerns and snapping up dangerously large amounts of water and energy without paying their fair share. These energy- and water-intensive facilities are already increasing home utility bills, polluting our air, straining our water supply, and threatening Illinois' climate goals–and many more are coming.
Illinoisans deserve good neighbors who pay their fair share and contribute more to our communities than they take. The POWER Act (SB4016/HB5513) will drive a competitive "race to the top" for responsible data centers with nation-leading guardrails that protect our water, energy, ratepayers, and frontline communities.
👉 Urge your legislators in the Illinois General Assembly to co-sponsor and vote “yes” on the POWER Act in the November veto session to protect our water, energy, and ratepayers from data center harms.
