ICA Partner Action: TONIGHT - Congressional Challenger Meet and Greet
Incumbents have a huge advantage in our electoral system for a variety of reasons, one of which is name recognition. We want to provide challengers to entrenched incumbents in our area the opportunity to meet our members in a relaxed, meet and greet environment.
For this get-together Indivisible Lincoln Square has invited challengers in the following races ahead of the March 17 primary:
Illinois 5th Congressional District: incumbent Mike Quigley will have 4 opponents. Only one of the 4, Matt Conroy, accepted our invitation.
Cook County Commission District 10: Bridget Gainer is facing only 1 opponent, Drake Warren, who will be attending.
Illinois 6th State Senate District: Sara Feigenholtz is facing only 1 opponent, Nick Uniejewski, who will be attending.

Indivisible Chicago is gearing up to launch powerful canvassing efforts in Michigan and Wisconsin to take back Congress in 2026 we need YOU! Building on the momentum from our ongoing protest actions against the Trump regime and MAGA Republicans, we know that engaging in one-on-one conversations at voters' doorsteps is the most effective strategy to earn their support.
The "Yes You Canvass" training program is tailor-made for newcomers and those needing a refresher, led by experienced trainers who will provide essential tips and guidance.
The next training session is January 14! Sessions will be hosted by individual ICA chapters but are open to all, fostering a united front in this crucial electoral fight.
