Indivisible Action: Demand Investigation Into Hegseth’s Extrajudicial Killings

The Trump administration has carried out a series of deadly, unauthorized bombings on small boats in the Caribbean and Pacific, killing more than 80 people. Officials claim the boats were tied to drug trafficking, but have provided no legal basis, no evidence of an imminent threat, and no justification under U.S. or international law.

In one strike, Secretary Pete Hegseth reportedly issued an illegal “no quarter” order — telling forces to leave no survivors. A second strike was launched on two civilians who lived through the initial blast, an action that legal experts say amounts to murder, not warfare. Congress must intervene immediately to stop this lawless violence.

👉 Use Indivisible's call tool to contact to your U.S. Senator and demand a full, public investigation into these extrajudicial killings.

Script: Hi, my name is [Name], and I’m a constituent from [City]. I’m calling to urge Senator [Name] to demand an immediate, public investigation into the extrajudicial killings ordered by Secretary Pete Hegseth. Indivisible Action: Join the Spotify Boycott Over ICE Ads

Spotify Wrapped is everywhere this week — but so are ICE recruitment ads on the platform. While people share their year-in-review playlists, Spotify is taking money from a federal agency tearing families apart. Until they drop ICE ads, organizers are asking all of us to join the boycott and help spread the word.

Streaming alternatives treat artists better — and boycotting sends a message that our money shouldn’t fund ICE’s recruitment pipeline. As Spotify tells users, “you’re part of something bigger.” Right now, choosing not to stream on Spotify can be part of something bigger too: solidarity with immigrant communities.

Here’s what you can do:

👉 Cancel Spotify Premium if you’re still paying for it: instructions and alternatives found here.

👉 Skip posting your Spotify Wrapped this year. Instead, share boycott-themed posts or make your own list on another platform.

👉 Talk to friends gently and without judgment about why you’re boycotting Spotify — kindness goes a long way.

ICA Partner Action: Indivisible Downtown Meeting 11/10

Indiana is moving fast to force through a mid-decade gerrymander — a move that could wipe out every Democratic congressional seat in a state that is 40% Democratic. The Indiana State House special session begins December 1, and the Indiana State Senate follows on December 8, with Trump and Gov. Braun applying heavy pressure to get this done.

Democrats in the Indiana State Senate can still stop this — but only if voters flood their legislators with calls right now. That’s where we come in.

Join this critical phone bank to call Democratic voters across Indiana and ask them to contact their representatives and urge a NO vote on redistricting.

If this gerrymander passes, Republicans could take 9 of 9 congressional seats. We can help prevent that.

👉 Join the phone bank Tuesday, December 9 from 5:30–6:30 p.m.
