Thursday, April 18 - Register Dems in WI Phone Bank / Call for a Permanent Ceasefire

Actions You Can Take

Action 1: Phone Bank - Register Dems in WI

Join Field Team 6 to register likely Democrats in Wisconsin!

You'll be reaching out to get people registered and voting as Democrats, or signed up to vote from home (vote by mail) if they're already registered.

Making sure people are registered to vote, and that they can vote safely from home, is a super-effective way to make a difference.

But we need your help. Join us as we turn voices into votes! All training provided!

Register for an upcoming Sunday phone bank session!

Action 2: Demand a Permanent Ceasefire

The ongoing Israeli bombardment and blockade in Gaza has resulted in the deaths of over 33,000 Palestinians, including more than 13,000 children, with 1.5 million people displaced in unimaginable conditions. Some US officials think a famine has already begun — what might be the most intense famine since the second world war. At least 27 children have died of malnutrition, and many more will die if the Israel army continues to block aid from reaching Gaza.

We urge our members of Congress to support an immediate ceasefire, to ensure humanitarian aid to residents of Gaza, to continue to demand the release of all hostages, and to block US military aid to Israel that would cause additional civilian deaths in Gaza. Please join us by contacting your Representative, and Senators Duckworth and Durbin with these same demands. Call them daily—it makes a difference!

While some of these Daily Actions come from our own work as Indivisible Chicago Alliance, others are from our many partners working to advance the progressive agenda. We invite you to join us in supporting their work. Postings from partners do not imply Indivisible Chicago Alliance endorsement of specific policies and positions.
