ICA Action: Thank Senator Booker and Urge Our Senators to Take Action!

On Tuesday, Corey Booker delivered the longest floor speech in Senate history, spending over 25 hours sounding the alarm and disrupting the MAGA agenda. His courageous stand drew attention to the urgent issues facing our country, and it was fueled by the demands of New Jersey Indivisibles who insisted he recognize this crisis.

Now, let’s take action!

📞 Call Senator Booker to thank him for his bravery and leadership: (202) 224-3224 Let him know how much we appreciate his efforts!

📞 Call our own Senators and urge them to show the same courage. Demand that they do everything in their power to stand up against Trump’s agenda and fight for our democracy.

  • Contact Senator Durbin at 312-353-4952 or at other numbers listed here

  • Contact Senator Duckworth at 312-886-3506 or at other numbers listed here

Together, we can make our voices heard and hold our representatives accountable!

Partner Action: Restore Legal Services for Unaccompanied Children

The rights of children are under serious threat. On March 21st, the Acacia Center for Justice received a near-total shutdown order for their legal program supporting unaccompanied minors.

The Trump administration has abruptly cut funding for legal counsel for 26,000 children, leaving many, including those too young to read or write, to represent themselves in court against trained government lawyers. As the administration plans to escalate deportations and detentions, we must stand up for these vulnerable kids.

👉 Please contact your members of Congress and demand they take action to defend this vital program. Let's protect the rights and futures of these children!
