Partner Actions: Get Started Textbanking
Want to help reach voters from home? Textbanking is an easy way to get involved in voter outreach, and no experience is necessary. Here are three opportunities to get trained and start texting now:
π Field Team 6: Join a massive voter registration text bank on August 29, reaching unregistered likely Democratic voters in key states and districts.
π Movement Labs: Join their volunteer training every Tuesday to learn how to text with progressive campaigns across the country.
π Black Voters Matter: Join Texting Tuesdays each week to get trained and text voters about elections and issues in communities nationwide.

ICA Action: Canvass in Michigan on August 30!
Michigan will be critical to winning big this November, and one of the most effective things we can do from Chicago is get out there and talk directly to voters.
On Sunday, August 30, join Indivisible Chicago for a canvass in Michigan. Weβll travel from Chicago to Benton Harbor, get a full briefing and everything you need, then head out in pairs to knock doors, listen to voters, talk about the candidates, and make sure people know whatβs at stake in the midterms.
π Sign up to canvass in Michigan on August 30! Never canvassed before? No problem. Weβll provide all the training and prep you need, plus carpools for anyone who needs a ride.
ICA Chapter Action: Building Resilient Neighborhoods 9/2
Can trees, rain gardens, and native plants help reduce flooding, cool our neighborhoods, and support local biodiversity? Join Indivisible Lincoln Square for a conversation about practical green infrastructure we can put to use in our communities now.
Local environmental leaders and organizations will discuss ways Chicago neighborhoods can become greener, healthier, and more resilient.
