Partner Action: Fight Back Against GOP Gerrymandering
Republicans are openly plotting to redraw congressional maps mid-decade to lock in a permanent House majority — starting with Texas. Governor Greg Abbott is threatening to gerrymander five seats into the GOP column, and Donald Trump is cheering him on. If they succeed, the domino effect will hit Florida, Georgia, and beyond — cementing GOP control even when most Americans vote Democratic.
This isn’t the time for Democrats to play nice. If Republicans gut fair maps, blue states can’t sit back. As Indivisible’s Co-Executive Director Ezra Levin says: “It’s time to fight fire with fire.” Every Democratic trifecta state must be ready to redraw maps in response. Unilateral disarmament isn’t a strategy. It’s surrender.
Raise the alarm and demand that our governors and state legislators commit now: if Republicans rig the maps, we respond. Illinois has the power — let’s use it.

Partner Action: Stop Trump’s Misuse of the Military
Trump is abusing his power by deploying thousands of National Guard troops to U.S. cities — putting immigrants, communities, and our democracy at risk. He sent troops to Los Angeles to suppress anti-ICE protests, seized control of D.C.’s police, and now threatens other cities.
The administration also plans to send troops to ICE detention centers, expanding deportations and military-run detention under unsafe conditions — taking the Guard away from their real mission of disaster relief. Congress must act.
👉 Email your Senators and Representatives and demand they stop Trump from using the military for immigration enforcement.
