House Republicans are once again attempting to ban funding and access for gender-affirming care. The House appropriations bill for Labor, Health and Human Services (HHS), Education and Related Agencies includes an expanded version of their “Big Beautiful Budget” language that strips coverage of gender-affirming care. The equivalent Senate appropriations bill does not contain this provision.

Partner Action: Signs of Solidarity Canvassing
The Trump administration is deploying ICE into our communities, often unidentifiable in plain clothes and masks, increasing fear and violent raids against immigrants. These raids are escalating, fueled by recent Congressional funding for ICE. We can stand against this.
One simple way is to encourage local businesses to display signs supporting immigrants and opposing ICE. You can also help establish private, employee-only areas with clear signage, protecting workers from unwarranted ICE searches. These actions demonstrate solidarity and send a powerful message that Trump’s efforts to divide us aren’t working.
