Tuesday, October 3 - Indivisible Rural Illinois Call / Blue Districts Cohort Call
Action You Can Take Today
Action 1: Indivisible Rural Illinois on Zoom: Learn How to Tell Voters It's Dems Creating Jobs, Not the GOP! on Thursday, Oct. 5, 7:30pm
Action 2: Indivisible Blue Districts Cohort Call on Sunday, October 10 at 7 p.m.
Action 1: Indivisible Rural IL Call Thursday
The Biden Admin has created thousands of Illinois jobs through the Inflation Reduction Act, but voters don't know it, especially in rural Illinois. Even worse, Illinois Republicans who voted against this jobs bill are taking credit for it. Unless we fix this narrative, we have little chance of winning new voters in 2024.
IL13 Central Committeewoman LaToya Greenwood will fill us in on how Illinois specifically is benefiting from the Democratic bills that Republicans have unanimously voted against. She'll also tell us about opportunities to volunteer for the 2024 Democratic Convention in Chicago.
Plus, Indivisible National's Marla Chassels will tell us about Indivisible's Grow Grants—money available to Indivisible Illinois chapters for all sorts of exciting local projects.
So, join us Thursday, October 5, at 7:30pm on Zoom for a meeting full of information to get you ready for the upcoming 2024 election season!

Action 2: Blue Districts Cohort Call Sunday
We averted a shutdown for now, but this is just a temporary fix. Congress is back on deadline to pass a budget (or another continuing resolution, kicking the can even further down the road) by Friday, November 17, when the current CR ends. This fight isn’t over—it’s time for action!
Join our cohort call for the Making a Majority campaign on Sunday, October 10 at 7 p.m. This call is open to anyone in a Congressional district represented by a Democrat. We'll talk about our plan to win in 2024 and pass important bills in 2025.
