Playing now through July 2 at TimeLine Theatre (615 W. Wellington Ave.), “What the Constitution Means to Me” is the story of Heidi Schreck, who alternates between her 15-year-old self, earning college money by winning Constitutional debates across the country, and her adult self, gaining greater understanding of exactly whose rights are protected in our Constitution.
