Action 1: Confirm National Labor Relations Board Chair
The NLRB has just announced a pro-worker policy banning “captive audience meetings,” which corporations use to push anti-union propaganda. But we need to act fast!
Chairwoman Lauren McFerran’s term expires on December 16th, and her confirmation is crucial to maintaining a pro-worker majority on the NLRB until 2026. If the Senate doesn’t act soon, we risk losing this critical protection for workers.
Why does this matter? With rising attacks on workers' rights from companies like Amazon and SpaceX, we can't afford a conservative majority on the Board. The NLRB is essential for safeguarding our rights to organize and bargain collectively.
Use this quick tool to send a letter to your Senators urging them to confirm Lauren McFerran today!

Action 2: Tell Biden to Certify the ERA
Women in the United States still lack guaranteed equal rights, with dire consequences. The Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) has been fully ratified since 2020 and just needs one action to be added to the Constitution.
The ERA is vital for protecting against rights rollbacks, empowering the judicial system to tackle sex discrimination, and advancing gender equality. Urge President Biden to instruct the US Archivist to certify and publish the ERA.
Here are five things you can do between now and the end of the year. Take the challenge and do all of them before President Biden’s term ends!

SAMPLE MESSAGE
I urge President Biden to instruct the US Archivist to certify the Equal Rights Amendment. The ERA has met all requirements for ratification. Women’s rights are under attack. The president has the authority to act and must do so with urgency.
